Izzy is holding her bottle

Izzy liked the ocean, but it was really hot. She’s there with Anna’s family for a week now. This will be the longest I’ve been without her. We’ll see how it goes. She’s starting to put her hands in her mouth a lot.

Izzy’s first fourth of July. She just rolled over. She also doesn’t sleep as well after long car trips. We are taking her to the beach and to meet Joe. Hopefully she likes the ocean as much as the pool.

Today is my first Father’s day. We were at church this morning and the choir director played a song on the piano that I’m pretty sure she wrote. It was about what her dad taught her, specifically how to love god. We also watched a video of ppl in Haiti Read more…

She’s asleep in my arms right now. It’s crazy to think that one day she’ll be walking, running, trying to go on dates, etc. How can you remember that she was so small once? She’s still not sleeping great, hopefully that changes soon.
