Izzy is over 5 months now. She is a very inconsistent sleeper. The progress she has made with her movements and strength is impressive though. She can basically sit up, she can stand up if she has something to hold on to, and she can easily roll over.

Quote for Izzy: Let your smile change the world, not the world change your smile.  Izzy ate “solid” food last night for the first time as I fed her from a spoon. She was feigning for it and not happy when it was gone.

Izzy just slept until 9 am. It was amazing. She’s also sleeping now without her 8 different swaddles. She has more swaddles than a daycare, and now she doesn’t need them.

Today I decided not to go fishing tomorrow bc I wouldn’t get to see Izzy today and tomorrow. She is growing so fast. She talks now, in alien baby speak, and it is fascinating. She also laughs, and cries, a lot more. We think she is growing and teething. I Read more…
