Izzy and Joe have started a new game – jumping from the coffee table to the couch. They will do this repetitively like they are going down the waterslide at the pool. For Joe, it’s more like a face plant, but was quite scary at first to Anna and I. Joe and Izzy just laugh.

Joe has also continued his love for his Frog, which I call “ribbit” and he calls “bop-op” (think that’s his version of ribbit. He will carry that thing everywhere. When he hasn’t seen it in a while, he’ll just smile so big when you bring it to him.

Izzy has learned to write the letter ‘A’. She’s also a bigger fan of the “Hiney dance” as well as leaving her nipples uncovered so she can be like Daddy. She’s a big fan of singing Happy Birthday, and lots of days are her birthdays.

We’re still working on the swimming. Joe loves the water. The lifeguard told me today how comfortable Joe was in the water. Izzy won’t let us take off her swim pack yet most days. When we have, she is definitely able to swim, she just gets scared and then panics. She wants to go down the waterslides though, as well as last time I was leaving to go scuba diving she asked if she could come scuba diving with me.

Last thing for this update – Joe loves music. Today, he turned the piano to a beat, and started kicking his foot to the rhythm, albeit off beat. He’ll also “shake” his head, which looks more like someone trying to get water out of their ear. It’s pretty funny, but good news is, he loves water and music!
