Izzy has learned quite a few new skills in the last week. She knows how to run, and does it a lot. She is currently playing checkers with Marmy as I write this. She says “P-U” when someone farts or she has a poop (or she barges in on you pooping). She can hold her guitar and strum it, all while “singing”. Speaking of singing, when Anna and I play “Breathe” by Anna Nalick on guitar, Izzy can help us sing the chorus. Izzy can also sing “Old McDonald Had a Farm” when I play that on the guitar. Her 2 fish she calls “Nemo” and “Daddy”. She loves to draw and color, specifically with pens, and sometimes even on the walls (which we have yet to clean). She’ll spin herself on the swing, wrap it up all the way, and then pick up her feet and spin back the other way. I call this the “Dizzy Izzy.” She can spell/read “P-A-P-A”, she knows what that means now. And the bad guys on the movies, specifically the “red-guy” from Moana, she is not a fan of. It’s amazing to watch her grow into a little person.
