So – Joseph is a huge Benson Boon Fan. Izzy was not. He played the Lovin Life music festival, so we got tickets and went. The night before, I really hurt my knee playing basketball. We have since learned, MRI Pending, that I tore my ACL. So at the concert, as I was holding Izzy for the entire show, I was really doing some pre surgery muscle building. That said, the concert was awesome, so awesome Izzy is now a huge Benson Boone fan. Seeing Joe sing his favorite song live was priceless. Noni and Baba got to come too.
We almost stayed for some Gwen Stefani for Izzy, but she decided that she wanted to go home, which was welcomed by the crew that was remaining. They also were quite dirty from playing in the dirt during the whole show of a band I’m forgetting their name of, some group from FL. The Revivalists were quite good btw, really enjoyed them.
I hope they’ll continue to like going to shows.
