We are on spring break in Winter Park, CO. Today was day 2 of 3 days of skiing. Izzy and Joseph have been in ski school for both days so far. We’ve had our ups and downs, but I think everyone is having fun. Even Anna skied on day 1, although I couldn’t get her to go down a blue. Today after ski school, I took Izzy, and we went down a few blues in preparation for tomorrow, when she is going to ski with me. She crushed it. Here’s to hoping she crushes it tomorrow when we go all the way to the top.
Joseph has slept on a pallet on the floor both nights, makes it much easier.
Isabella took $10 from Uncle P doing math problems…she’s very money driven. The whole way down the mountain she wanted to bet $10 on who would win the race. I didn’t take her money.
We’re very lucky and fortunate to be able to do these things. Here’s to a fun and safe day 3 (such a dad statement).
