I’m late on this post, but we had Izzy’s birthday party 2 weeks ago. She invited the girls in her class and a bunch of family friends, and Anna had activities galore. The kids stuffed puppies (it was Paw Patrol themed), went on the swing, played pass the parcel (Anna wrapped up way too much, this lasted over 20 minutes, and the kids stayed on it the whole time), played bingo, and ate pizza….so much pizza. The day before, Anna asked me, “how much pizza should we get?” I responded, well “how many people do we have?” “Same as last year.” “Half as much as last year.” How much pizza do you think she got….same as last year….we gave pizza away again as goody bags and still ate pizza for 4 days straight.
Joe is rolling on his bike, and he scared me more than I’ve ever been scared before the other day by almost riding into the main road by our house. I still love taking him to daycare. We’ve only got about one more year of it too…He’s started to want to play golf now. We go walk our 4 hole loop, he likes his putter. We’ll see what he ends up liking the most, this could get expensive.
Izzy had her “Kindergarten Play” recently as well. They sang quite a few songs. Izzy decided to pick her nose a lot of the time. I think it was her nervous twitch. She only has 2 weeks left and then kindergarten is over….I can’t really believe that.
